It feels more like a sales call than a financial consultation.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital innovation, addressing critical grievances in the financial technology sector and providing comprehensive solutions to customers. If you have a deep understanding of the financial ecosystem, a knack for digital solutions, and a desire to create meaningful impact, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Guidance:

Provide strategic direction and guidance on addressing FinTech grievances, ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Mentor and guide emerging FinTech startups, leveraging your expertise to help them navigate challenges and achieve growth.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive roadmap for the startup, focusing on innovation and scalability.

Digital Solutions Development:


Lead the development of digital solutions to address grievances in various financial sectors, including but not limited to:

Insurance: 

Develop platforms to streamline policy management, claims processing, and customer support.

Loans: 

Create innovative solutions for loan applications, approvals, disbursements, and repayments, enhancing customer experience and reducing processing time.

Banking: 

Design digital tools to simplify banking operations such as account management, transactions, and customer support across major banks (SBI, ICICI, HDFC, Axis Bank, etc.).

Credit Cards: 

Build user-friendly interfaces for managing credit card applications, billing, disputes, and rewards programs.

Mutual Funds & ELSS:

 Develop solutions for seamless investment in mutual funds and ELSS, with real-time tracking and customer support.

Deposits and Savings Instruments: 

Create digital tools for managing fixed deposits (FD), recurring deposits (RD), and other savings instruments, enhancing customer engagement and retention.

Market Expansion and Customer Acquisition:

Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the startup’s reach and influence in the FinTech industry.

Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention, focusing on creating value-driven solutions that meet market needs.

Build and maintain relationships with key partners, investors, and stakeholders to support the growth and scalability of the business.

Operational Excellence:


Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management of resources, processes, and technology.

Implement best practices for project management, product development, and customer support to drive operational excellence.

Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to continuously improve products and services.

Financial Management:


Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Develop revenue models and pricing strategies to maximize revenue potential and ensure a healthy financial outlook.

Requirements:

Proven experience in the FinTech industry, with a deep understanding of financial products and services, digital innovation, and customer experience.

Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive vision and growth in a startup environment.

Experience in developing digital solutions for financial grievances, with a track record of successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
